Local help for small businesses in the Columbia Gorge

Your business already contains more useful knowledge than you can see.
I help you make it usable.

Your business should be able to speak to you. Once its files, people, working relationships, history, and real numbers are connected, AI can answer from the business you actually have—not from a generic guess.

The paperwork tells part of the story.

Your information may be spread across email, Google Drive, old computers, business software, notebooks, photographs, and your own memory.

Those materials matter—but collecting them is only the beginning.

The relationships show how the business actually works.

What sales promises affects operations. What customers request affects scheduling, purchasing, staffing, and future services. What one employee knows may be essential to several other people.

A connected system helps bring those relationships into view.

I can help you bring it together.

I work alongside local small-business owners to identify the knowledge that matters, gather it from the places where the business currently lives, and create a connected, business-owned system around it.

We find it together

You help identify the files, knowledge, relationships, history, and unfinished ideas that matter. This is not a drop-off service.

We build around your business

The structure reflects how your business actually works rather than forcing it into a generic filing system.

You learn to use it

We test the system with real business questions so you understand what it can do and where its limits are.

You may not need to hire someone every time you want to explore a business question—and when you do need a professional, you can arrive better prepared.

Ask your business to help you

  • Create or update a business plan from current information.
  • Build a marketing plan around real customers and current capacity.
  • Develop an expansion plan grounded in what exists now.
  • Compare where equipment, staffing, software, or facility upgrades may have the greatest effect.
  • Explore succession and exit possibilities.
  • Prepare retirement scenarios and the questions professionals will need.

Working answers—not generic guesses

The system can create working plans, comparisons, and scenarios from the information your business actually contains. You can revise them as the business changes instead of paying someone to reconstruct the business each time a new question appears.

It does not make decisions for you or replace legal, tax, financial, lending, or other licensed judgment. It helps you do the exploratory and preparatory work first, then recognize when specialized advice is warranted.

Choose the path that fits you.

Build it yourself

The underlying system begins with Linking Your AI, created by Nick Milo and the Linking Your Thinking team. The current self-paced package is available directly from its creator for $299.

If you are comfortable gathering your material, completing the course, setting permissions, and adapting the system to your business, you may not need my implementation assistance.

Work through it with me

My service is for local owners who do not want to figure out the entire process alone. We work together to gather the right information, represent the relationships inside the business, establish privacy boundaries, adapt the system, and make sure you can use it.

You are paying for the underlying product and for my implementation work—not for exclusive access to Nick’s method.

The Perfect Thingy is an independent implementation service and is not presented as part of, or endorsed by, Linking Your Thinking. If a future purchase link is an affiliate link, that relationship will be disclosed clearly and will not increase the customer’s price.

Want room to go further?

A later 42:4U upgrade can add a protected Think Tank: a place for unfinished ideas, open questions, possible expansions, squirrels, and longer-term thinking. It is for owners who want to develop an ongoing working relationship with AI—not merely use it to retrieve existing information.

This upgrade is still in development and is not part of the initial implementation service.

Could this help your business?

An introductory conversation is simply a chance to talk about where your business information lives, what is difficult to find or preserve, and whether this kind of collaborative implementation appears useful.
